The farmhouse is available to rent by month at half price (2500/month) betweeen November and March.

- Capacity: 6 persons maximum in the house (possibility to rent garden room and luxury tent if more persons)
- Security deposit: €300 upon arrival

The farmhouse has 3 spacious and beautifully decorated suites, each of them with own bathroom and outdoor space. Each of the suites has TV, DVD player, air conditioning and central heating.
During your stay at the farmhouse, you will have full access to all the facilities in the farmhouse (kitchen, living rooms, etc) as well as swimming pool, sauna, BBQ kitchen and all gardens and sports facilities (tennis court,...).
The Garden room has its own bathroom and is situated next to the swimming pool area. Stays in the Garden room will include access to all outdoors communal areas (swimming pool, BBQ kitchen,...).
The luxury tent is next to the river stream, in full contact with nature. The rental of the luxury tent includes the usage access to all outdoors communal areas (swimming pool, BBQ kitchen,...).
Conditions
- Capacity :
- Maximum 2 persons per suite y per garden room
- 2 persons for luxury tent and extra-charge of 10 € / person / day if more
- Security deposit: €200 per suite and €100 per garden room and luxury tent upon arrival
General terms
- Minimum stay : 2 nights
- If rent for week : from saturday to saturday
- 30% deposit upon reservation and balance 3 weeks before arrival
- Stays under one week can only be booked within the 2 weeks before arrival
